- 1 Chicken breast chopped or cut into strips depending on the age of your baby
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder or as much as you want
- 1 tsp black pepper or as much as you want
- 3/4 cup water
Prep your chicken by coating it with garlic and black pepper. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Heat your oil in a frying pan
Toss in your chicken Sauté for 3 minutes on medium-high untill the outside is white.
Pour in the water and lower heat to medium-low.
Cover and let cook until tender
