Ingredients
  

  • 1 Chicken breast chopped or cut into strips depending on the age of your baby
  • 1 tbsp Canola oil 
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder or as much as you want
  • 1 tsp black pepper or as much as you want
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Prep your chicken by coating it with garlic and black pepper. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Heat your oil in a frying pan 
  • Toss in your chicken Sauté for 3 minutes on medium-high untill the outside is white.
  • Pour in the water and lower heat to medium-low.
  • Cover and let cook until tender 
  • Serve and enjoy!
