Making a kid-friendly sandwich for school lunch boxes doesn’t have to be a complicated thing. All you need are simple ingredients like Hellmann’s Mayo, fresh turkey slices, Fresh chicken slices, and your favorite greens.

Vegetables Add Extra Nutrients

I like to use spinach or spring mix for greens because that’s more popular with my family. You can also use lettuce or something unusual like grated carrots or cucumber.

Cheese Is Optional

You’ll also need cheese to add some bulk to your sandwich. Besides adding bulk, cheese also helps to hold the ingredients together and provide stored energy.
